Meet our Founder, Julia Kasper
In 2018, as a high school junior I created Girls Spark in order to make a positive difference in the lives of young women. Throughout my life I watched my mom, a President and CEO of her own business, attend various women's conferences, featuring inspiring leaders.
I searched for something similar to that speaks to the issues teen girls face but found nothing.
In fact, almost every girl in my age group faces some sort of social, physical or emotional struggle and has to find a way to deal with it. Unfortunately, we often feel like we have to overcome these CHALLENGES alone!
