TEEN LEADERSHIP BOARD

The Girls Spark Teen Leadership Board gives high school girls across the Greater Delaware Valley the opportunity to develop leadership skills while making a meaningful impact in their communities. Through this 10-month program, members use their voices to inspire peers, lead initiatives, and help create positive change for girls.

Teen Board members earn community service hours, strengthen college and scholarship applications, and gain valuable experience in leadership, teamwork, communication, and project management - all within a supportive and empowering environment. With mentorship from Girls Spark staff and Adult Board members, participants build confidence and gain hands-on experience as leaders, advocates, and changemakers.

Last year, Teen Board members rated their experience an impressive 4.5 out of 5 stars, highlighting the strong connections, personal growth, and positive impact the program provides.
