Thank you to all girls who applied to the 2025–26 Teen Leadership Board!
Applications are now closed. We’ll be announcing the new Teen Board by this September.
The Girls Spark Teen Leadership Board offers high school girls in the Greater Delaware Valley a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in their community. Through this 10-month leadership program, members amplify their voices, inspire peers, and help shape initiatives that support and empower girls.
Teen Board members earn over 50 community service hours, strengthen their college applications, and build valuable leadership, teamwork, and project management skills—all within a supportive and inspiring environment. Guided by mentorship from Girls Spark staff and the Adult Board, members gain real-world experience as changemakers. Last year, Teen Board members rated their experience an impressive 4.5 out of 5 stars, highlighting the program’s powerful and positive impact.
