As a Teen Board Member, you’ll strengthen your college application, earn 50+ community service hours, and build valuable leadership skills—all within a supportive and inspiring community.
Last year’s Teen Leadership Board rated their experience with Girls Spark an impressive 4.5 out of 5 stars! Each year, high school girls located in the Greater Delaware Valley region are invited to join Girls Spark’s 10-month leadership program to shape initiatives, expand our impact, and grow as changemakers

Members receive hands-on mentorship from our Girls Spark staff and Adult Board, while gaining real-world experience in leadership, teamwork, and project management. See below for details on what’s in it for you and the expectations for Teen Board members.
