TRAUMA-SENSITIVE PARENTING WORKSHOPS

Child Guidance Resource Centers (CGRC), in partnership with Girls Spark, is offering free Zoom workshops twice a month from September 2025 through August 2026. These sessions are designed to help parents and caregivers understand trauma, support their children, and strengthen family resilience.
Workshops will be held on the first Wednesday and first Thursday of each month from 7:00 to 8:00 PM and will be facilitated by Kathryn Mariani, MA, Professional Development Educator at CGRC.
Participants will learn how to recognize trauma and its impact, support their child’s emotions and resilience, access helpful resources, and reduce family stress.
