Domonique Revere (Dr. Dom), M.Ed., PHR, SHRM-CP, CPCC, Principal Consultant, HRemedy Consulting

High school can feel like a maze of labels, stereotypes, and expectations—like who you should be, how you should act, and what you should (or shouldn’t) do! Dr. Dom will help you explore the boxes society tries to put you in and show you how to step outside them with confidence.

This isn’t about fitting in—it’s about showing up as yourself and building connections that celebrate who you are and who you’re becoming. In this engaging workshop, you'll learn:

  • Confidence Tools: Tips to quiet self-doubt
  • Bias Breakers: How to spot and challenge stereotypes that hold you back
  • Connection & Courage:  How to build supportive friendships and use your voice to lead

By the end, you’ll feel more confident in your own skin, ready to challenge expectations, and empowered to show up as your true self every day.

About Dr. Dom: Dr. Dom is a dynamic people operations executive specializing in DEIB and HR, with a proven record of leading global teams and driving strategic initiatives. An expert in innovative HR programs, Dr. Revere enhances engagement, strengthens organizational effectiveness, and fosters high-performance cultures while aligning people strategies with business goals.

Ana Welsh, Wharton Lecturer, Leadership Coach, and Next Gen Talent Developer

In this interactive workshop led by Ana Welsh, high school girls will dive into better understanding yourselves, handling tough emotions, and building stronger, real connections with others!

Through engaging discussions and activities, you'll learn to:

  • Understand yourselves and others using the Four Birds Analogy for self-awareness
  • Avoid the “Black Hole of Information” trap by not taking things personally when left out or unclear
  • Practice the “Yellow Light Moment” to pause and self-regulate before reacting.
  • Reframe friendship challenges and turn uncomfortable moments into growth opportunities

Girls will walk away with practical tools you can use right away in school, friendships, and future careers—shared through real stories and simple, easy-to-understand examples!
