Bullying can show up in lots of ways in middle school, and knowing how to handle it really matters! It can mess with how you feel about yourself, your friendships, and even school.
In this engaging workshop led by Daniela Cerullo, you’ll discover how to spot bullying while boosting your confidence and self-esteem. You’ll learn to:
- Recognize different types of bullying and its impact
- Strengthen your self-worth and confidence
- Stand up for yourself and others
- Develop empathy and practice safe, effective responses
Girls will leave with real strategies to handle bullying, spread kindness, build positive connections, and feel confident making a difference in their schools and communities.
About Daniela Cerullo: Daniela is the Executive Director of TeachAntiBullying.org, a nonprofit she co-founded in 2011 after seeing her son with Autism face bullying. Certified in DEI, Mental Health First Aid, and Multicultural Competencies, Daniela is passionate about empowering others and believes in the “power of the pack” when women support women.

- Build daily habits that boost confidence
